Q1. What is "Item Count?"
A1. "Item" are individually counted product towards a single shipment package. This will help us calculate shipping rate and what packaging to use.

"Item Count" exclude "Stickers & Mini Prints" as they do not make any significant difference in cost for shipment when ordering with other products.

Q2. Where are the shipment coming from and how long will my order arrive?
A2. They are shipped from Vancouver BC Canada and order should expect to arrive in 10-14 Business Day once payment is received and ship next business day.

Q3. Why is the shipping fee high?
A3.  The shipping fee also include packaging and handling fee as well. We use sturdy packaging to pack your order well so it does not get damage during shipment.

Q4. Is there any "Insurance and/or Tracking" with my shipment?
A4. To keep the shipping fee cost at its lowest and most-affordable. We do not include "Insurance & Tracking" but it can be offer for additional $8 USD.

Q5. What is the timeline when I place an order?

A5. Once you place your order, you will get an "PayPal Payment Request" within 48 hours. Once payment is made, shipping will be next business day and you will receive a copy of your invoice by e-mail same day. Shipment will arrive within 10-14 business days.

Q6. Do you ship Internationally? (Outside Canada & USA)

Q6. Yes we can, however, shipping fee will be greatly higher and must require tracking. We will quote you a shipping rate base on your location at our post office and send you a "PayPal Payment Request".

Q7. Do you accept anything else beside "PayPal|" as a form of payment?
Q7. For security reason and low transaction fee. We do not accept anything but "PayPal".
